Both the bag and the metal disc are gone. I checked all the bags, and around the metalica area but don't see it. I'm the last one who used it, but I haven't seen it since I put it back in the box after weighing last week. One of them had a sputter pattern similar to Pt (splotchy surface). Upon further inspection, it appears to be the missing Ir source so I placed it back in the Ir spot.
