The capacitance manometer isolation valve seems to leak unless it's firmly closed.  I observed a slow pressure rise during venting that stopped when the valve was firmly seated.

when pumping down with rough, it sounds as if there is a leak somewhere.

Found the roughing valve pneumatic line popped off.  Reconnected line.
