Comment mrc SNF 2008-01-22 17:14:28: Foreline, Roughing stanby pressure high, then recovers

At start of session, Fore = 150, Rough=100 pumping on "nothing".  With gas (O2=3, CHF3=12) Fore= 225, Rough=170.
After 3 hrs and 10 runs, Pressures recovered to Fore= 88, Rough=73, more normal.  Maybe contaminated pump oil cleaning up?  Leak up rate was very good = 0.2 mTorr/min at start of session so that was not the issue.
