Shutdown mrc SNF 2008-09-30 20:24:48: MRC Flaking

The MRC is flaking badly.  I ran a thirty minute O2 clean at an RF of 100 to try and clean the chamber.  The clean didn't help at all.  Cesar vaccumed the interior chamber but the quartz jar needs HF clean.
