Pumpdown was a little slow but the system was otherwise OK.
By the time I finished my test, the leak-up rate was back to normal, 1 or 2 mTorr / minute.

Subject: Problem mrc SNF 2010-03-31 00:38:00: quartz plate broke

The quartz plate broke when I lifted it out of the system and placed it on the top of the machine.  I did not drop it or handle it badly.  On inspection, it appears to have already been chipped.
