Shutdown mrc SNF 2011-09-08 11:32:43: Not hitting base pressure

No problem found.  Chamber base pressure <2 mT.  Leak rate= 1 mT/min.   No problem with the plasma.
A possible cause for why the user was unable to hit base pressure was that the vent valve was not fully closed.
