Problem mrc SNF 2012-08-14 12:27:41: Sample stage very hot

Sample stage is very hot so the sample is not cooled down.
The cooler shows 18 degC for the sample stage, but the sample stage itself is much hotter than 18degC, which means the temperature sensor might not working properly.
