Subject: Please remove reservations that you will not use

Just a friendly reminder to remove any reservations you cannot use as a 
courtesy to other users of the etcher.  The reservations are getting 
crowded enough that staff are considering policy changes to them.  
Removing unused reservations may open up the tool enough that policy 
changes may not be necessary.
