power off for all unit s and reconnected all cables.power back
on all units and calibrated machine. tested all programs and 
work good. ready to use.

We have that off,I think the system should shut down but ED was kind to wanted yellow light.

Cycled the power on the Nanometrics Measurement computer.  Test programs 1, 10 and they worked well.
