Vendor came in and restored defalt settings for the terminal. Vendor also did the annual system checkouts on all 3 nanospec. All looks OK.

I just happened to run a comparison a few minutes ago of thermal SiO2 on the old and newer Nanospecs, with the basic bare Si calibration first:

Old, across from Drytek2:
Mean= 5039A  SD= 4

Newer, Litho area next to small hot plates:
Mean = 5043A  SD= 5
