I measured my sample at the exact same point twice. First with a range of 26um and got 9.43um them with a range of 130um and got 9um. The only parameter changed in the program was the range. Maybe the calibration is different for different ranges?

If you expect 9 um, use only the range from 6.5um to 26um. Don't use another range.
