Problem p2 SNF 2010-12-09 00:56:43: Different heights using different ranges

I measured my sample at the exact same point twice. First with a range of 26um and got 9.43um them with a range of 130um and got 9um. The only parameter changed in the program was the range. Maybe the calibration is different for different ranges?
