Vendor was able to boot the system up. No problem with the monitor.  Possibly the video card used by the application software or the harddisk not booting. Vendor reccomends to create a backup harddisk ASAP and some service to the Y stage mechanical drive. Vendor to provide quotes. Service may be done over the annual shutdown. Tool is operational for now.
