We are currently out of HBr, and the Cl2 is
getting very low also. Our gas suppliers have
promised delivery for this Friday 2/16. If you
are running any processes that use Cl2 - watch the
flows carefully during processing - if you get a
flow error using the Cl2, stop processing. New
gas cylinders will be installed as soon as possible.
