Subject: Contamination Tests in P5000 Chamber A

P5000 Users,

Sorry for the late notice, I forgot to send out this notice last week.
We are going to be doing a some contamination tests in Chamber A of the
P5000 over the 2 days. At 4 pm today we are going to shut Chamber A, do
a wet Chamber clean and the contamination testing. The tests will be
completed by Wednesday afternoon.
