Folks,

We are going to try limiting the maximum reservation time to 2 hrs.  This
should aid in scheduling use of the machine for all users of the P5000.

If we look at the history of use on the tool in coral, we see few actual
use times over 2 hrs.  Hopefully, setting the limit will make the
reservation and actual use times more in sync.

So, to put the reservation limit policy more formally;

'A limit of 2 hrs per reservation during prime-time (0800-1800, Mon-Fri)
will be enforced'
