Problem pquest 2004-02-10 14:34:29: Small paddle under turbopump

Found small (3 in dia) paddle directly under turbo pump. There is also appears to be a problem with the N2 back fill. To open load lock I to put excessive on the handle. The LL should be filling to a slight overpressure.   jim
