Needed to turn Cl2 pressure down to accomodate low flow Cl2 MFC flow (MFC is not sized appropriately for the process). Possible problem contribution by high outdoor temp on Friday. Since Cl2 bottle also supplies lampoly, this can lead to flow problems on that system.
