Problem pquest SNF 2008-09-26 17:45:52: Handle screws on LLock stripped

Replaced 1/4-20 x 1/2" hex Allen head screws with longer
1/4/20 x 3/4" screws.  Also added the smallest dab of blue locktite in hopes of keeping this from working its way out again.
