Problem pquest SNF 2009-08-07 18:03:17: RF interference with heater worse

After my "hot" run  (gas cooled, set 190 C, get 180 C), RF = 200 watts, V = 79.9 volts:
The heater shows "Err 06"  as soon as RF comes on for  "Oxygen3", I have not tested other recipes.
