Shutdown pquest SNF 2009-08-30 13:02:48: RF tuner failure

System worked for a few minutes on "Oxygen3", then RF Tuning went to negative "fail" on both channels.  No response on trying   to  re-center in manual, even with RF Power supply off.
Maybe + power supply for Tuner went out?
