Problem pquest SNF 2009-01-21 15:20:53: Oring popped out of groove. System down

I got a very good He seal on the 1st std thickness wafer (2.9 to 3.0).  The 2nd wafer (770 um DP) failed to seal at all.  I then noticed the o-ring had popped.
I see "grease(?)" tracks on the  back of the 1st wafer, full circle.  Grease(?) tracks on the 2nd wafer are only for the part of the O-ring still in the groove.
System down until O-ring can be replaced.
