Problem pquest SNF 2009-06-20 15:30:03: with RF 50 watt, voltage is just -3 V for Oxygen. Generally I get 100 V

Found the RF bias resistor connection inside the matching network was very loose.  Retightened the connection.  Cycled the RF on and off many times without a single fail.
