Problem pquest SNF 2012-06-21 20:59:38: The chiller temperature was set to -46C

When I was checking the Pquest before I start to etch my samples, I found the chiller termperature was set to -46C, which is way lower than the minimum value allowed. The actually temperature shown is 0.7C. I guess it has been running for a while, which may damage the chiller
