Last nite Cesar removed a leaky ferrofluidic feedthrough that is part of the wafer clamping assembly. There are no replacement parts available locally, but I did find one on the east coast. It will be shipped overnight, so we expect it to arrive tomorrow, Friday March 16th. If if does arrive, then Cesar can install it & test for leaks Friday night. Len
