  I installed a new vespel pin and tested transport. I ran 30mins
O2 plasma, chamber still need to be condition before running any
recipe.

Electrical upgrades will be made in the basement
this week on Wednesday 9/18.  This will require
the shutdown of the following lab equipment for
the day, so I have reserved them for the hours
of 0600 to 1800 :

	MRC etcher
	P5000etch
	Plasma Quest
