Users -
	The Pquest is available for process again.
	Cesar got the machine running last night.
It's not clear what caused the failure of the
system I/O, or why it started to work normally 
again.  I've asked for further documentation
and information from the company that has 
responsibility for this old product, so that
we can be better prepared if this occurrs again.
