PQuest Logbook

Hi (faraon, goetzi, ifushman, bashar),

I have got complaints that you have been using the PQuest etch and not 
filling out the logbook. It is really important that you fill out the log 
EACH time you use the tool. If you continue not filling it out, you will 
be taken off the qualified user list for the tool. 

By the way, I know the old binder needs replacing. I got a new binder last 
week. I will make sure it gets to the tool and has lots of log sheets.
