Pquest chamber clean schedule

Dear PQuest users --

Many apologies, but I neglected to post the clean schedule so we missed 
the clean on Friday.  Any objections to this being Fluorine week 
(starting today) and performing the chamber clean this Friday?  
Alternatively, we can do a chamber clean sooner, but may have to 
negotiate reservation times.  Let me know your needs & requirements.
