Hi all --

I know a lot of people are anxious, so here's an update.  Mike and Jim 
have found and ordered a new chain for the robot handler.  The ETA is 
two weeks (!!?), although Mike is working to find ways to expedite 
this.  Mike and Jim are also trying to repair it for the meantime.  Will 
update when there is more news.
