Lab Shutdown and startup: equipment scheduling, vacation schedules, responsibilities, etc. 3. Training update: Cross-training matrix, list of process monitors (does everyone have them ready?), evaluation of training qualification charges. 4. Lab cleanup. 5. Go around the room.
