It was first a problem of 'not enough' vacuum. i fixed that. Now there is 'too much' vacuum, and you can't get your wafer back. I'm looking into it and now the tester part of the rig will not initiate. I've found a dead voltage in the power supply and I'm working to get another one. More later....
