Someone left a note that the door couldn't be opened and the gold probes were loaded.

Very Bad Lab Member.  The gold probe was installed with it's protective cover.  Thank goodness they did not tighten the holder screw.  The probe jammed against the wafer tilting the probe, jamming the probe against the cover.  I removed the gold probe and replaced it with the clean probe.
