Message-ID: SNF users are unable to measure sheet resistance while prometrix down. I've spoken with a number of users who are scrambling to find another option for inline characterization without success. The old 4PP tool next to prometrix is the obvious option, but it doesn't seem to be working. Could a staff member take a look at the tool and try to bring it up to a working condition as a short term solution? Also, any ETA on the prometrix repair? Thanks!
