Message-ID: I have identified the modules that are causing the problem reported with setting apertures on the SEM through the recom interface from the RAITH. This occurred with a patch we installed last evening to correct the disappearing login name issue in the RAITH150.EXE application. Should be back up albeit with a workaround by 14:00 today. Raith will continue to develop a new patch for us. However apertures can still be set manually within the RAITH SW: Column.nav without these errors. Will pick this item back up in the morning, working with RAITH USA support. JWC FYI: Multiple javascript errors on the offline SW on the reboot of that computer after installing the JSCRIPT engine patch too! jwc at snf.stanford.edu wrote: >Patches added sucessfully PC's system and hardware rebooted. >Only hopeful that this clears up problems resulting from several patches they sent me last week, that were inconsistent with RAITH150.EXE version No. 3. >JWC > > From altug at snf.stanford.edu Sun Nov 20 09:55:52 2005 From: altug at snf.stanford.edu (altug at snf.stanford.edu) Date: Sun, 20 Nov 2005 09:55:52 -0800 Subject: Problem raith SNF 2005-11-20 09:55:52: Error: AlSetAperture Message-ID: Observed following; 1- errror: AlSetAperture, AlGetAperture, .. 2- error: It is not possible to set te aperture! 3- Beam blanker is not working.
