There is a loadlock error for laoding sample. I interrupted the loading procedure just as it started. After that, I could not load the sample again. Sorry

First thing this morning I cleared and recovered system after user attempted an abort of the Load Lock procedure.  There was also a robot arm error, which I am not sure how it was generated.
Checked and calibrated XY Stage finding all home positions, and verified that the robot arm is functioning properly.
System back up!

can't see anything in SEM mode.  SEM do not scan at all.
