Shutdown raith SNF 2006-12-08 02:03:00: SEM does not work.

I loaded a sampe. CCD image was obviously different from the usual. (The stage holder looked in the wrong position.) I moved the sample holder to the Clip No. 4, and chaged WD to be 5 mm, Then I turned on SEM  but it could not work. And then I moved the stage and chenged WD several times, but the movement of the stage was very strange.
