Second inspection of the cooling water loop found coolant level reduced from last inspection a month ago.  Added water to ethylene glycol:water mixture.  ~ 200 - 500 ml
Next steps are to reset power to system and reevaluate the problem.
FE_GUN IS DOWN - system presently offline to Users.
