Problem raith SNF 2007-08-22 00:33:24: water flow failure

increased pressure on chiller to 90 psi which is safe maximum.  Water flow reduced to 0.6 lpm (50% od specification.)
This is likely a recurrent problems until RAITH can resolve this issue with replacement of E/O card cooling manifolds.
