Shutdown raith SNF 2007-12-07 18:14:42: need a second replacement loader belt

I checked out the encoder on the motor and replaced the belt with the spare belt I had reserved from before.
Upon installation I missed one of the turning loops and trimmed the belt to short.  Ordered parts and hopefully will have the part and possibly a field service person for MONDAY PM.
System down for user this weekend.
