Comment raith SNF 2007-07-17 10:31:20: water flow comntinues at reduced levels

Water flow to the RAITH subsystems measures at a reduced level of 0.4 lpm down from 1.8 - 2.1 lpm several weeks ago.
Have rebuilt chiller waiting and ready to hook up.  RAITH filed service will schedule and perform the maintenance.
