After the e-beam write ended, as I was waiting for the unload procedure to end, on the leo machine "Error No 519: EHT Set Extractor Trip" message showed up at 16:58. I am able to take my sample out. I'm not sure whether Raith should be red lighted under such an error, so I'm yellow lighting it.
