Shutdown raith SNF 2008-01-14 15:14:18: waiting for parts and service support

Unable to recover proper pumping of the vacuum system.
RAITH USA thinks problem(s) could traced to the new turbo pump just installedtwo weeks ago.  They  are having a sales representative drop off a pump for me to install tomorrow.  
Mechanical pump to be shipped from Alberta, but it will likely not be inshipment first thing tomorrow morning as requested.
System off line to users through tomorrow late afternoon...
