Shutdown raith SNF 2008-01-14 10:38:26: stage chamber vacuum problem

replaced turbo pump after previous turbo pump -- twoweeks old -- developed bearing wear issues.  ProVAC provided a replacement pump with NO PO on GOODWILL. They will rebuild the other pump and ship back to RAITH USA Inc.  Now starting to pump down system.
Hope to bring up system for access by  RAITH Champions by midnight tonight.
