Problem raith SNF 2008-06-03 16:24:18: Transfer belt damaged -- only JWC will load system

replaced loader belt that did not show signs of any significant wear -- saved as spare.
Identified problem as a slipping coupling in the T motor shaft.
testing system this evening when repairs are completed.
