This may be due to a worn bearing in the air handler above this lab, a facilities issue, ot due to a new source in or near the Ebeam Lab. Called James, realized laser control was off, the reset laser control. Stage seems to be moving fine, and was also to do write field alignment, but not sure if overlays will work. System probably works for patterns that don't require stitching.
