Shutdown raith SNF 2009-05-01 11:09:29: two hour shutdown for maintenance

Coopling system flushed and disinfected with Glutaraldyhyde 0.05 ppm for 2 hours.  Then drain and refill system and rest pressure and flow to stadard settings
