Testing further in normal user logins this morning; six load lock cyclecs in and out without problems. Software in turbo shuts down system and ventes main chamber to air. Gun Vacuum maintained... :-) Mechanical pump and other possisbly needed parts were requested at 5:30 AM today from New York State by phone. Parts have been shipped in last hour through Fed-X for tomorrow delivery. Raith Field service is also now scheduled for 10 AM tommorrow.
