Problem raith SNF 2010-04-16 02:38:07: Unloading error

could not reporduce the problem two users have had overnight.
Testing further in normal user logins this morning;
six load lock cyclecs in and out without problems.
Homed all axis of the stage and robots with only the smallest of delta offsets in the T robot arm coder (-0.030 um)  all within specification
calling it resolved for now...
