Seems to be an occasional SW APLI switching error. Users should watch this carefully and if they observe this switch the SMARTSEM to EXT SCAN CTRL manually and resume the exposure. Reported to RAITH NY today for resolution. MIN MAG was about 50X now it appears in this login to be about 125X!! MAX MAG was about 974kX and now it appears to be 3330KX!! This is very strange and unusual and I am trying to find out what is going on. This issue was reported to raith this afternoon but was not able to reach a field service person. This is very strange and may be a result of a incorrect magnification display settings or some corruption to the users settings. I examined the normal settings in the users settings and did not see anything unusual and have called RAITH Field service to verify these settings are correct. This has been reported to raith...
